Rotor

Rotor is the Spanish company that built its entire philosophy around one engineering problem — eliminate the dead spot in the pedal stroke. The Rotor collection at RA Cycles covers the full range of their componentry: Q-Rings (oval chainrings designed to load force through the stroke’s power phase and ease off at top and bottom dead center), alongside NoQ round chainrings, 3D+ cranks, FLOW Aero cranksets, and three tiers of crank-based power meters. The INPower measures left-leg power from a single-sided crank; the 2INPower captures both legs independently for a true dual-sided picture. Whether you’re adding a Rotor power meter to an existing build or upgrading to the OCP-adjustable Q-Ring system, this collection covers it — over 100 products across road, MTB, gravel, and triathlon applications.

About Rotor

Rotor was founded in Spain in 1994 by two cyclists with a single goal: eliminate the dead spot in the pedaling process — the moment at top-dead-center and bottom-dead-center where force transfer drops off and energy is wasted. The Q-Ring, Rotor’s oval chainring system, addresses this by accelerating the chain through the stroke’s weak points and loading it more efficiently through the power phase. Each Q-Ring uses Rotor’s OCP (Optimum Chainring Position) system, with multiple mounting positions that let riders dial in the offset to suit their individual pedaling style. From chainrings, Rotor expanded into cranks, bottom brackets, and crank-based power meters, becoming one of the few brands to integrate power measurement directly into the crank arm. At RA Cycles, the Rotor catalog covers over 100 products for road, MTB, gravel, and triathlon. Q-Rings are available in standard and aero profiles, inner and outer configurations, and multiple BCD standards including 110x5, 110x4, and Direct Mount — alongside round NoQ options for riders who prefer a conventional chainring shape. Cranks include the 3D+ MAS, FLOW Aero, and INPower 3D+ platforms. The power meter lineup includes the INPower (left-side crank), 2INPower (dual-sided), and Power Crank, each measuring force via strain gauges integrated directly into the crank arm.
