3D-Printed Lugs, Seamless Finish
Instead of old-school external lugs, SteelNovo uses 3D-printed steel joints and internal lugs to connect the Columbus tubes. The welds are blended and smoothed, so the frame looks clean and modern - almost like carbon at first glance - but still has that unmistakable steel soul.
Columbus Tubing, Real-World Ride Feel
This is where steel wins hearts: smooth over rough pavement, calm in fast corners, and lively when you stand up to sprint. Columbus steel tubes are shaped for this frame, so it feels quick, but never harsh - perfect for long days and everyday training.
Racing Carbon Fork + Tapered Headset
Up front, a carbon fork keeps steering sharp and predictable. The headset is a modern tapered design (1-1/8" to 1-1/4"), giving you confident tracking when you dive into a corner or pick up the pace on a descent.
Fully Integrated Cable Routing
All the hoses and wires can run internally for a tidy, modern cockpit. The big benefit is simple: fewer exposed lines, less clutter, and a bike that looks as premium as it rides.
T47 Oversized Bottom Bracket Shell
Steel can be smooth and still feel strong. The oversized T47 (86 mm) bottom bracket area is built to keep power transfer crisp, especially when you accelerate or climb out of the saddle.
UDH Rear Dropout = Future-Proof
The SteelNovo uses the SRAM Universal Derailleur Hanger (UDH) standard, which makes it easier to keep your drivetrain modern and serviceable. It is a smart detail that helps protect your investment long-term.
35 mm Tire Clearance, All-Road Ready
The frame clears up to 35 mm tires (with extra clearance built in). That means you can run a fast 28-30 mm road setup, or step up to wider tires for rough pavement and comfort without turning the bike into a 'gravel bike'.
The 27.2 Seatpost Standard
A round 27.2 mm seatpost is a big part of why this bike feels so good. It adds a touch of flex where you want it - at the saddle - and it keeps fit options simple. Please note: the seatpost is not included with the frameset.
Made in Italy, Built in Limited Numbers
This is not a mass-produced frame. The SteelNovo is made in Italy and the run is intentionally small, capped at 400 frames each year. For riders who care about craftsmanship, this is exactly the point: fewer frames, more attention, and real collectable value.
Geometry & Sizing (Fit Matters)
