The Rotor Q-Ring Inner Chainring for 110x4bcd is Rotor's oval chainring solution for riders looking to extract more from each pedal stroke. Built on the premise that power output isn't uniform across a full rotation, the Q-Ring's ovalized profile — 12.5% ovality — aligns the ring's high points with the strongest phases of your stroke and lets you spin through the weaker ones. It's a moderate oval: noticeable enough to deliver a real benefit, easy enough to adapt to quickly.
These rings are compatible with Rotor's Aldhu 110x4bcd spider as well as Shimano and Shimano-compatible cranks with a 110x4 BCD. When paired with the Aldhu spider, you can fine-tune the Optimal Chainring Position (OCP) across settings 1 through 5 to match the oval's orientation to your individual pedaling mechanics. On a Shimano-compatible spider, the ring sits fixed at OCP #3. Chainring bolts are sold separately.
