Electronic Components

Modern bikes run on two distinct sets of electronics — the drivetrain systems that handle shifting, and the motor and battery systems that power e-bikes. Electronic Components at RA Cycles covers both: batteries, chargers, range extenders, and control units for e-bike platforms including Bosch, Mahle, Fazua, and TQ, alongside batteries, charging cables, and service parts that keep Shimano Di2 and Campagnolo WRL wireless groupsets running.

If you're keeping an existing e-bike on the road — replacing a battery, adding range with an extender, or sourcing a system-specific charger — you'll find the platform-matched parts here. Electronic Components

E-bike system components are highly platform-specific — a Bosch battery won't connect to a Mahle motor, and chargers aren't interchangeable across manufacturers. Knowing your drive system before ordering is essential. Bosch components (PowerTube and PowerPack batteries, chargers, and the PowerMore range extender) are designed for the Smart System and older BDU platforms common across e-road and e-gravel bikes. Mahle's ebikemotion system uses the X35 and eX1 battery format and appears on lightweight e-road bikes from a number of European brands. Fazua's Ride 60 system is found on weight-conscious e-road bikes from Scott and others, while TQ's HPR50 system is used on select high-end e-road models. All battery and charger products in this collection are model-specific — confirm your drive unit generation before ordering.

Electronic drivetrain components are a separate category from e-bike systems entirely. Shimano Di2 runs on a small internal battery that mounts inside the seatpost or frame, with the BT-DN110 powering newer systems and older BDU300-series batteries covering prior generations. Campagnolo's Super Record WRL wireless groupset requires dedicated batteries for front and rear derailleurs, charged via a proprietary magnetic cable — the WRL Battery Kit covers both in a single purchase. The collection also includes frame-specific accessories such as the Ritchey Di2 internal battery seatpost mount and the Cervelo EX11 Di2 riser post plug for frame-specific routing.
