The Yeti SB160 is built to bring out your absolute best on the endurance course. This professional-level bike is centered around racing and dominating the toughest terrain. Its predecessor, the SB150 won 49 stages, 11 races, and one national series championship on the Enduro World Series Circuit. Yeti considers the SB160 to be an improvement of the SB150, so they fully intend on racking up even more EWS wins in the near future. This version is complete with SRAM X01 Eagle mechanical groupset for high-level shifting. It also has a DT Swiss EXC 1501 Carbon wheelset. The Yeti SB160 is here to tackle the toughest challenges with speed.

The geometry of the Yeti SB160 was designed with winning races in mind. There is now more reach and rebalanced front and rear centers for more stability at high speeds. Yeti also optimized each bike by frame size, resulting in five unique and balanced frame options. Each size has its own chainstay and seat tube angles so all riders are in their most efficient position. There is now more downtube clearance which results in more compliance, as does the extra room for 2.6-inch tires. With the Yeti SB160, you can expect to feel fast and at home in typically uncomfortable situations.

The frame of the Yeti SB160 is made with their TURQ carbon fiber. This material is their highest quality fiber striking a perfect balance of stiffness and compliance. This results in a ride that feels smooth, stable, and aggressive. Having such a strong carbon is perfect for endurance riding but it does not sacrifice low weight. This is perfect for bombing descents or rolling over endurance terrain. The refined SB160 has more impact clearance to deal with those tough obstacles. With more ground clearance and added chassis stiffness, you have a bike that remains as strong as it does fast.

Endurance bikes need to have more than enough travel and compliance to make it through a course. The Yeti SB160 is powered by the redesigned Switch Infinity V2 for the best riding experience. It changes directions as your bike progresses through its travel, maintaining a linear progression curve for more predictable dampening characteristics. A compact Wishbone Shock Extender optimizes leverage rate and pushes the shock forward in the frame to allow for a wider range of shock compatibility, easier service, and more clearance. This version is equipped with an elite Fox Factory Float X2 for 160mm of rear travel. 170mm of travel is added at the front with its Fox Factory 38 Grip2 suspension fork. The Yeti SB160 is the bike you need when it is time to take some speed to an endurance course.
