The Vittoria Martello 27.5" Tubeless Tire is built around one premise: grip in the places where grip matters most. Tall, widely-spaced square knobs — with sipes cut in to flex and spread on contact — put as much rubber on the ground as possible, whether that surface is loose dirt, wet rock, or rooted singletrack. The knobs step up in height toward the shoulders, giving you confident edge support when cornering gets aggressive.
Vittoria's 4C tread construction layers four rubber compounds through the tire, with graphene-enhanced rubber at the contact surface for the kind of traction that holds through variable conditions. Underneath it all, the TNT casing runs a 120tpi nylon construction — supple enough to conform to terrain, durable enough to resist cuts and tears. The sidewalls get an abrasion-resistant rubber treatment to handle the scrapes that come with riding at the edge. It's designed to run tubeless or tubed, and the bead seats reliably in either setup.
