The SRAM Red eTap AXS HRD Flat-Mount Shift-Brake System gives you one lever and one hydraulic disc brake caliper — sold individually so you can replace a single side or build up a setup exactly as needed. At 407g per unit, this is the flagship tier of wireless road shifting, and the flat-mount caliper runs a 20mm offset to suit the geometry of modern disc road frames.

The lever's reach adjustment accommodates different hand sizes without compromise, and the brake's contact point adjustment lets you tune how quickly the pads engage — no pad movement required, just a straightforward mechanical adjustment that changes the feel of the lever stroke itself. Large, textured shifting paddles with ergonomic heads give you consistent paddle placement over long efforts, and two Blip ports allow integration with bar-end or additional satellite shifters if your setup calls for it. The system is fully AXS-compatible, meaning shift mapping, paddle customization, and firmware updates are all handled through the SRAM AXS app. Bleeding Edge port design keeps hydraulic maintenance clean and straightforward.
