The SRAM Red eTap AXS HRD Direct-Mount Shift-Brake System pairs one hydraulic disc brake with one wireless shift lever — sold as a single unit so you can replace or upgrade one side of your setup without committing to a full groupset overhaul. The direct-mount brake caliper features contact point adjustment, letting you dial in how quickly the pads engage without moving the pads themselves, and Bleeding Edge port technology keeps hydraulic maintenance clean and straightforward.

The lever is built around fit and feel. Reach adjustment accommodates different hand sizes, and the large, textured shifting paddles are shaped for control over long efforts. Being fully wireless means cable stretch is simply not a variable you manage anymore. Two Blip ports are included on each lever for optional satellite shifters, and the system is AXS app-compatible for deeper customization of shift feel, button mapping, and component pairing.
