The SRAM Red eTap AXS Front Derailleur handles the one shift that matters most in a race or a hard climb — and it does it without hesitation. Wireless actuation means no cable tension to manage, no housing to fray, and no mechanical adjustment creeping in over time. The cage profile is optimized for 12-speed front ring combinations, and the streamlined form opens up rear tire clearance compared to bulkier predecessors.
At 155g, this is one of the lightest front derailleurs in a road groupset. It integrates fully into the AXS ecosystem, letting you configure shift logic and monitor battery levels through the AXS app. The braze-on mount accommodates a chainstay angle range of 61–66 degrees, and clamp adapters extend compatibility to 31.8mm and 34.9mm seat tube diameters. Battery is sold separately — compatible with the existing eTap AXS battery platform, which delivers up to 60 hours of run time per charge.
