The carbon ergonomic lever blade is shared with Shimano's top-tier mechanical groupset, shaped to sit naturally under your fingers whether you're riding on the hoods or reaching into the drops.

The lever body carries 14mm of total reach adjustment — set at 10mm from maximum reach out of the box, giving you 4mm of outward travel and 10mm inward to dial in blade position for your hand size. Shift stroke distances have been reduced from the previous generation: the upshift requires 24% less lever travel, and the downshift release is 14% shorter — what Shimano describes as "instant release." The rubber hood is textured for grip, and the hydraulic engagement point is designed to feel immediate without being abrupt. Sold individually as left and right variants, each lever comes with OT-SP41 cable housing, polymer shifter cables, and the necessary hydraulic hose and fluid for brake setup.
