Shimano Di2 SW-R600 Climber Switch Info
Climber Switch might be a bit of a misnomer, but the Shimano Di2 SW-R600 Climber Switch is designed for placement on the tops of handlebars.  It certainly has seen use in the cobbled classics, for riders who wanted thumb shifting while they held on tightly while
  bashing over cobbles.
The switch is about two inches in width and about 1/2-3/4 inch in depth. It has a curved side to nestle against your handlebar. It has two buttons next to each other, one for going up one for going down.
While it comes set up for plugging into the right-hand drop-bar brake lever, and for shifting the rear derailleur, it can be re-programmed with Shimano's SM-PCE1 E-Tube PC device to work for the left lever and the front derailleur.
The switch is mounted via two zip ties, which are included with the unit. The switch has about 30mm of wire, which plugs into one of three holes in the electronic STI lever. It can be used in conjunction with Sprinter Switches, SW-R610, on your drop bars.
The Shimano Di2 SW-R600 Climber Switch keeps shifting ready at your thumb.
