This item works with all current and previous generation Shimano Di2 components, be they Ultegra or Dura-Ace.

This comes in three sizes. SS measures 250/350/50mm is 320mm long, SM is 450/350/50mm, and MM measures 550/550/50mm. Measure your stays, measure the distance from the front derailleur to the battery, and choose the one which is slightly longer than what your needs are.
