The PRO BB Workstand is an easy way to prop up your hollow thru-axle crank bike for service and safety.

This is a small, folding stand that does double-duty for both display and repair. IT has long legs for a stable base, and a low arm for lifting the bike up off the ground. The stand necessitates the removal of an end cap on most hollow axle cranks if you want to work on the bike with the derailleurs out. It’s for this reason that PRO recommends this only for cranks with Shimano Hollowtech 2 thru-axle cranks. That written, other cranks can fit—though you might have the derailleur side facing in rather than out.

The nice thing about this stand is how small it is, how unobtrusive it is, and how stable it is when you’re working on the right bike.
