Park Tool SR-18.2 Sprocket Remover/Chain Whip

The Park Tool SR-18.2 Sprocket Remover/Chain Whip is the right tool for fixed-gear and single-speed drivetrain work. Standard 3/32" chain whips slip on 1/8" cogs — the SR-18.2 is built specifically for 1/8" sprockets, with hardened pins that keep the chain seated on the cog under full torque load. One end is the chain whip; the other is a 1" (25.4mm) box-end wrench that drives Park Tool freewheel and cassette lockring tools directly, so you can hold the sprocket and drive the lockring with a single setup.

The tool is heat-treated steel throughout, which means it won't flex or deform when you're breaking loose a stubborn lockring. The long ergonomic handle gives you the leverage to handle even the most seized-on sprockets without reaching for an extension. At 35.5 cm and 385g, it's a proper shop tool — built to the same standard as the rest of the Park Tool line.
