One of the key differences for this shoe is the stiff but walkable sole. It has enough carbon to efficiently push pedals. But it has enough give so that you can walk extended distances when you have to. Aiding in this pursuit are the plentiful and tough tread blocks surrounding the two-bolt cleat plate.

The upper is likewise constructed to handle everything. There’s both reinforced Microtex for durability and nylon mesh for breathability.
