The CeramicSpeed Ceramic Alloy Derailleur Pulleys for SRAM 11-Speed are CNC-machined from aluminum and fitted with hybrid ceramic bearings — a combination designed to reduce drivetrain friction well below what standard pulleys deliver. The cutouts beneath the teeth shed weight and help clear debris, while the machined aluminum construction is built to outlast plastic pulley bodies by a significant margin.
At the core of the design are Grade 3 Silicon Nitride ceramic balls pressed into hardened steel races. CeramicSpeed manufactures these in dust-free clean rooms and inspects them before final assembly. The result is a bearing designed to last three to five times longer than conventional sealed bearings — and one that runs measurably freer under load. Installing them requires only a 2.5mm hex key; retain the spacers from your existing SRAM pulleys and orient the logo facing outward. Available in black or red.
