The CeramicSpeed Ceramic Alloy Derailleur Pulleys Coated replace the stock pulleys in your Shimano 11-speed rear derailleur with a ceramic-coated, alloy-bodied upgrade designed to reduce rolling resistance and extend service life. The coated ceramic bearings are 75 percent harder than steel, which translates directly into better corrosion resistance and lower long-term friction compared to the standard version.
The narrow-wide tooth profile reduces chain articulation and promotes more consistent chain engagement across the pulley. A symmetrical 12-tooth design keeps chain movement smooth through the full rotation. Each set ships with a designated upper and lower pulley — both marked with directional arrows for correct installation — along with an alloy spacer kit, CeramicSpeed Oil, and a sticker sheet. Available in Black or Red.
