The bulk of the bootie is constructed from Windtex Elastic Membrane — a material designed to block wind effectively while also shedding water, keeping your feet protected through raw winter rides and wet road spray alike.
Where many cold-weather booties fall apart is at the zipper and seam lines. Capo addresses this directly with their proprietary Block System, intended to reinforce seam resilience and strengthen the heel cup — the spots most likely to let in cold air or moisture. The toe section is also reinforced to hold up against repeated cleat push-offs, and reflective detailing at the heel and upper foot adds visibility when the light drops or the weather closes in.
