Assos Dyora RS Rain Vest S9 Info
The Assos Dyora RS Rain Vest S9 is a women's rain vest built from Schloss Tex, Assos's lightest three-layer waterproof softshell to date, and it's the same fabric used in the Dyora RS Rain Jacket. Engineered in Switzerland, the membrane is rustle-free, stretchy, and rated for class-leading breathability, so it seals out rain without turning into a sauna the moment you hit a climb. Rainwater beads and runs off the surface rather than soaking through, which matters when a ride starts dry and turns wet without warning.
Construction backs up the fabric. Fully taped seams keep the vest watertight, a tall collar locks out wind and spray at the neck, and an extended rear panel adds coverage against road spray kicked up from the wheel in front of you. Water-shedding silicone hems at the arm holes and waist keep the fit close without letting water wick in at the edges. The whole thing is cut in an aerodynamic raceFit, so it sits close to the body rather than ballooning at speed.
A double-slider zipper lets you vent from the top or the bottom depending on conditions, with oversized pull tabs sized for use with gloves on. A reflective strip bonded to the rear adds visibility for low-light rides, whether that's an early start or a ride that runs past dusk. Because it packs down small, it's built to live in a saddle bag or jersey pocket until the weather turns, giving you a real waterproof layer on standby without the bulk or cost of carrying a full jacket.
