About Wahoo

Wahoo launched in 2009 with the ANT+ Key, a dongle that let cyclists track and share training data from fitness sensors on their iPhones — a novel idea at the time. In 2013, the original KICKR arrived: the first smart trainer to simulate outdoor resistance accurately enough that serious riders could do structured work indoors without compromise. The ELEMNT GPS computer series followed in 2016, with a design that stripped away interface complexity while adding deep smartphone integration. Wahoo acquired Speedplay in 2021 and has since expanded the platform with the POWRLINK ZERO power pedals alongside the Zero and Nano systems. The KICKR MOVE, launched in 2023, added fore-aft and side-to-side motion to the smart trainer experience, closing the gap between indoor and outdoor riding further still. The KICKR trainer lineup runs from the KICKR Core 2 entry point through the KICKR MOVE and KICKR V6 up to the KICKR Bike Pro — a fully-featured stationary smart bike with adjustable fit and built-in power measurement. The ELEMNT computer series includes the Bolt 3, Roam 3, and the top-of-range Ace. The Speedplay pedal platform is represented with the Zero, Nano, and POWRLINK ZERO power pedals in both single- and dual-sided configurations. The Trackr sensor range covers speed, heart rate, and rear radar for road riding.
