Shimano Wheels

Shimano’s carbon wheels bring the same systems thinking that made Dura-Ace Di2 the standard for professional road racing. Built in Japan and engineered to work in complete synchrony with Shimano’s groupset ecosystem, they offer a coherent upgrade path from the mid-range RS710 through Ultegra 8170 to the flagship Dura-Ace 9270 — all disc brake, all designed around current 12-speed drivetrains.

The RA Cycles Shimano Wheels collection spans the full disc brake lineup: Dura-Ace 9270 in C36, C50, and C60 rim depths, Ultegra 8170 in the same three depths, the RS710 carbon wheels in C32 and C46, and the GRX gravel wheelsets — including the tubeless-ready WH-RX570 in both 700C and 650B. Individual front and rear wheels are available across most models for mix-and-match setups.

About Shimano Wheels

Shimano was founded in 1921 in Sakai, Japan by Shozaburo Shimano, initially making freewheel components. A century later, Shimano is the dominant force in professional road cycling — Dura-Ace Di2 is standard equipment at the Tour de France, and that same engineering discipline extends to their wheel program. Shimano wheels are designed to work as a system with their groupsets, using Micro Spline freehubs compatible with the current 12-speed Dura-Ace and Ultegra Di2 drivetrains. The RS710 brings Shimano carbon construction to a more accessible price point in C32 and C46 depths. The GRX gravel line covers mixed-surface use, with the RX880 at the performance end and the tubeless-ready RX570 in 700C and 650B for wider tire setups. All models are disc brake. Individual front and rear wheels are available across most models.
