The Scott Spark RC is Scott’s XC race platform — the full-suspension cross-country bike that Scott’s World Cup racing team has used to win at the highest level of the sport. It’s built around a carbon frame with a single pivot suspension layout and the TwinLoc handlebar remote, which gives you three ride modes in one bike: Lockout for climbing efficiency, Traction Control for technical terrain, and Descend for when the course gets rough.

About the Scott Spark RC

The Spark RC centers on Scott’s single pivot suspension layout, which uses a flex pivot in the seat stay to keep system weight low while delivering smooth, traction-focused ride quality. The TwinLoc system — Scott’s proprietary handlebar remote — connects the fork, shock, and frame suspension via a single lever, letting you switch between Lockout, Traction Control, and Descend modes without taking your hands off the bars. The result is a bike that climbs like a hardtail when the course demands efficiency and descends with the confidence of a trail bike when it doesn’t. Supporting details include a 55mm chain line for clean power transfer, dual water bottle mounts, and weather-resistant bearings throughout.

The RA Cycles Spark RC lineup spans the full model range. The Comp is the entry point, using the same carbon platform with more accessible component specs.
