Custom ENVE Melee Road Bikes

The ENVE Melee is a performance road frame designed and manufactured by hand in Ogden, Utah — one of the few high-end carbon road bikes made entirely in the United States. The 850-gram frame uses ENVE's M.O.D. carbon layup with Kammtail tube profiles tuned to work with ENVE's own SES aero rim shapes, optimizing aerodynamics as a complete system rather than frame-only. Seven sizes with five fork rake options, clearance for up to 35mm tires, and a fully integrated front end with internal hose and cable routing. The Melee is sold as a chassis — frame, fork, headset, stem, handlebar, and seatpost — so every fit dimension is dialed before a single component goes on.

About the ENVE Melee

ENVE Composites was founded in 2007 and has built its reputation on carbon components manufactured at its 80,000-square-foot facility in Ogden, Utah. The company started with wheels — hand-laid carbon rims using fiber sourced from Mitsubishi — and expanded into complete bikes with the Melee, bringing the same material science and manufacturing discipline to a full frameset. The Melee was developed around ENVE's "Real-World Fast" philosophy, which optimizes aerodynamics for variable yaw angles and rider-body interaction rather than fixed-position wind tunnel numbers. It is ridden at the WorldTour level by TotalEnergies. Every lay-up technician at ENVE completes six months of certification training before touching production, and the result is a frame with the kind of build consistency that factory-overseas frames rarely match. Every custom Melee build at RA Cycles starts with the chassis — frame, fork, headset, stem, handlebar, and seatpost included — then gets built to your exact spec with the groupset, wheels, and finishing kit of your choice.
