Founded in 1973 in the Drôme region of southern France, Corima spent its first 15 years building precision moulds and prototypes for the automotive and aeronautic industries. That composite materials expertise was redirected toward bicycle wheels in 1988. Five years later, Chris Boardman set the world hour record at 52.270km on Corima carbon wheels. The brand name itself — COoperation RIffard MArtin — is a contraction of founders Jean-Marie Riffard and Pierre Martin. Every Corima wheel is built at their plant in France, not outsourced or assembled elsewhere. Visit Corima’s official website to learn more.
The Corima range at RA Cycles covers three use cases: track, time trial, and road. The 5-Spoke track wheel is Corima’s signature silhouette — iconic in velodrome competition since the 1990s, available with ceramic bearings for minimum rolling resistance. The WS TT disc wheel is engineered for the aero demands of triathlon and time trial racing. The WS EVO 32mm is the road option: tubeless-ready, disc brake-compatible, and built with the same French manufacturing quality as the rest of the range.
