To conquer every climb and pedal every descent with a 1x system, you need a mega wide-range cassette. SRAM provides an Eagle twelve-speed cassette that is perfect for the job: the XG-1275. It works across the entire range of Eagle drivetrain options.
Twelve cogs. 10-50: 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 21, 24, 28, 32, 36. 42, 50. The cassette fits on SRAM XD Driver bodies.
For durability and shifting ease, they fabricated the cogs out of stamped steel. To keep it going and looking good, they anodized the cogs black. To minimize weight and maximize clearance, eleven cogs are pinned together with the smallest going on the end. You’ll notice that there are lots of pins. There are 123 to be precise. The extra support allows them to keep the weight of the cogs to a minimum. To keep the shifting good and quiet, there are carefully-timed tooth cuts and ramps.
The SRAM XG-1275 Cassette works with all SRAM Eagle 1x rear derailleurs. Weight for the cassette is 450g.
