The SRAM R2C Aero SL-1150 Bar End Shifters 11-Speed are bar end shifters for time trial and triathlon setups, where the shift levers sit at the ends of the aero extensions. They work only with 11-speed SRAM drivetrains and are designed for double chainrings.
The R2C in the name describes how the levers behave. After every shift, the lever returns to a center position, so your hands stay in the aero tuck instead of moving with the lever. SRAM lets you set that home position to suit your fit, with up to 40 degrees of blade adjustment, which helps if your extensions are angled or you have a particular hand position. The paddles are aluminum, and SRAM lists the pair at 194 grams.
The rear shifting uses SRAM Exact Actuation, so these shifters pair with SRAM 11-speed rear derailleurs. For the front, they're compatible only with SRAM Yaw front derailleurs, which is worth checking before you buy if you're reusing parts from another bike.
