Giro Helios Spherical Helmet Info

The Giro Helios Spherical Helmet is a versatile helmet that can accommodate all the needs of road, gravel, and adventure riders with no compromises. This helmet balances the need for safety and comfort, complete with 15 wind tunnel vents with internal channeling. These vents assure proper airflow from a variety of angles to keep the head cool throughout a long ride. In addition to excellent ventilation, this helmet also incorporates the Roc Loc 5 Air Fit System. This system allows riders to fine tune the fit of their helmet in seconds and also suspends it slightly to create more cooling air flow. Coming in at just 270 grams in a medium, this is a lightweight helmet that will feel great through the entirety of your ride.

This helmet incorporates the cutting edge MIPS Spherical Technology which utilizes a virtually invisible layer between two layers of EPS Foam. This results in a massive reduction in rotational forces, protecting the rider’s brain from all angles. It also eliminates the need for the plastic slip plane found in other MIPS helmets, allowing it to be lighter than ever. The padding in the helmet is incredibly shock absorbent but also provides natural odor protection and a fresh feel. This is thanks to the Giro Ionic+ technology which utilizes pure silver as its secret ingredient. The Giro Helios Spherical Helmet includes the most advances safety technology yet for road or gravel excursions.
