Its short-nose profile keeps you planted over the bike, which matters when you're navigating roots, rocks, and steep descents where a traditional saddle shape can get in the way of body movement.
The padding uses a Type-2 foam with extra thickness around the sit bones, designed to support the more upright position common on eMTB bikes. A flexible shell over the foam works to absorb trail vibration rather than transmit it, and the gradual nose-to-wing transition lets you shift your position without snagging on a sharp edge. The ergonomic relief channel includes a rubber mudflap layer at the base — a detail that reflects how much time eMTB riders spend seated in rough, wet, or muddy conditions.
