3T created the Discus Plus I28 Tubeless Wheelset for optimal gravel performance. These wheels work perfectly with their Exploro gravel bike. The 27.5-inch Discus wheels are stronger, lighter, and fit larger tires. The smaller 27.5-inch wheels are better for handling and allows for shorter chainstays and a shorter headtube. With wider tires, riders can expect more grip and comfort over the most difficult terrain. With the 3T Discus I28 LTD Tubeless Wheelset, you can expect an agile ride, great handling, and low weight.

On a 650b rim, tires can hold far more air volume than a 700c wheel. This is perfect for extra compliance on gravel terrain or any off-road situation. For extra safety, there is a Sealtight feature which keeps mud, water, and everything else out of the bearings to keep the wheels fresh. These wheels come with dual freehub bodies to accommodate whatever setup you decide to use. A SRAM xD-R body accommodates both xD and xD-R cassettes while the Shimano freehub houses Shimano 10 and 11-speed cassettes.
