Vittoria’s Terreno Dry Tubeless Tire is a fast-rolling off/road tire that does best in less moist conditions. That can be adventure riding, gravel grinding, or cyclocross racing.

The tread has a “fish scale” center section, which rolls fast on hard pack and roads, but can still find purchase when the road is gravelly and loose. The side knobs are there for those times when you need to cut hard on unpaved stuff. This tire is probably the one for people who spend most of their adventure rides on roads or smoother non-roads, and for crossers who aren’t riding in swampy conditions.

The base is Vittoria’s TNT carcass. It can be run tubed or tubeless, and can work with regular and tubeless rims. There’s a puncture resistant belt laid over the casing. The tread is built up with Vittoria’s 3C, three compound, rubber for durability and topped with their G+ Graphene rubber for both high stickiness and low rolling resistance.

The tire comes in the 700c diameter and three widths: 31 weighing 400g, 33 weighing 410g, and 40mm weighing 490g. 33 is the widest you can go in cyclocross, otherwise, choose width based on what kind of roads you ride and cushion you need.
