Silca Ultimate Tubeless Sealant 500ml uses a foaming latex formula reinforced with 5% recycled carbon fiber — sourced from bicycles, wheels, race cars, and aircraft — to seal punctures other sealants can't touch. As the tire rotates, the foam disperses carbon fibers evenly throughout, building a dam-like structure around any breach. That architecture is what allows it to seal holes up to 7.5mm wide, a figure that puts most competing products well behind it.

The race-oriented formula is designed to run at high pressures without breaking down prematurely, and it's reported to be 400% stiffer than standard blends — meaning the seal holds under load rather than flexing open again. Pour it in at installation and it goes to work immediately on first puncture contact.
