Constructed from 3mm Yamamoto neoprene rubber, it retains body heat, protects your ears, and fits securely with a chinstrap — so it stays put no matter how rough the water gets. If you're racing triathlon or training in cool lakes and bays before the sun's fully up, this cap does the work a standard silicone cap simply can't.
