The goal while engineering the THM Mandibula Seatpost was to create a lightweight and comfortable seatpost with no compromises. The typical issue with comfort seatposts is that the more they stick out of the frame, the more they flex. THM engineers fixed this issue by dividing the post into a Power Zone and a Comfort Zone. The Power Zone is lightweight and stiff with barely any flex. It combines with the Comfort Zone offers proper compliance without interrupting the performance needed in a carbon seatpost. With this effort, taller and heavier riders will not have to deal with unwanted flex and can get the performance they need.

A precisely engineered carbon layup way used to help the seatpost perform the exact way they wanted. The post stays horizontal through the flex path while proper dampening effects avoid the absorption of vibration through the rider’s body, especially on hard roads and cobblestone. The compact design of the Mandibula Seatpost makes it compatible with small frames and frames with horizontal top tubes. At just 150 grams for riders up to 115 kilograms, this seatpost comes in at a lower weight than most seatposts without comfort features.
