The SRAM DB4 Hydraulite Disc Brake brings the same proven caliper design found in SRAM's higher-tier brakes to a more accessible level, delivering consistent and controlled power where it counts most — on technical terrain where modulation matters. The new stalth lever architecture improves ergand and cable routing, with left- and right-specific levers that route the hose parallel to the bar for a clean, integrated look alongside mechanical drivetrain components.
Setup and maintenance are kept simple by design. The split ring clamp makes installation straightforward, and the brake runs on SRAM Maximal Mineral Oil, compatible with SRAM's standard mineral oil bleed kit. It also accepts existing SRAM large brake pads, so servicing doesn't require tracking down proprietary parts.
