An optimized carbon layup shaves 29 grams over the previous generation — a meaningful reduction when you're looking to strip every gram from your build.
The 8-bolt interface keeps things versatile: it works with both power and non-power AXS spiders as well as integrated chainrings, so you're not locked into one configuration. The E1 generation also introduces a 160mm arm length for the first time, bringing the range to six options from 160mm to 175mm — useful if shorter cranks are part of your fit or biomechanical setup. Chainrings are sold separately. The arms mount to SRAM DUB spindle interfaces, keeping installation straightforward for any DUB-compatible bottom bracket.
