Schwalbe Bike Tires

Schwalbe has been building bicycle tires in Germany since 1973, and the range at RA Cycles covers nearly every surface a wheel touches — XC race tracks, enduro descents, paved crits, and mixed-terrain gravel. The Addix rubber compound system gives Schwalbe the ability to tune grip, rolling resistance, and durability independently across their lineup, so the difference between a Super Race and Super Ground casing is a real distinction built for real conditions.

The mountain bike range runs from the Eddy Current Super Gravity for enduro and gravity riding to the Wicked Will, Racing Ralph, Racing Ray, and Rocket Ron across trail and XC disciplines. Road riders will find the Pro One and Pro One TT, while the G-One RS and G-One RX address gravel and mixed-terrain riding. All tubeless-ready models use Schwalbe's Tubeless Easy system for straightforward setup.

About Schwalbe

Schwalbe traces its roots to Bergneustadt, Germany, where Eugen and Willy Bohle founded a bicycle parts export business in 1922. The Schwalbe name — German for "swallow" — came into use in 1973 when the company began importing tires from South Korean manufacturer Hung-A, and the brand has been family-operated as Ralf Bohle GmbH ever since. Over the following decades, Schwalbe built a reputation for tire innovation: the Tubeless Easy system, introduced in 2015, helped bring tubeless technology to a mainstream audience, and the Addix rubber compound platform, launched in 2017, unified their approach to rubber formulation — covering everything from speed-focused Addix Speed to all-conditions Addix Soft — giving Schwalbe the ability to match compound to riding style with precision.
