Fabric made for heat
The Dottore Clima line uses a lightweight woven textile that Q36.5 describes as a more open version of the fabric in its Dottore Pro shorts, meant to dry faster. Retailer specifications list the main material as 60 percent polyamide and 37 percent elastane. Silver thread is woven into the fabric, which Q36.5 says gives it antibacterial properties and helps it dry quickly. The lightest material is placed over the abdomen, where it is meant to act as a heat sink on hot rides.
