The Q36.5 Tri Short Sleeve Skinsuit is a one-piece triathlon skinsuit built for hot-weather racing. Q36.5 describes it as a single aero-enhanced garment that combines its 105 g Dottore Clima Jersey with the Dottore Clima Bib Shorts, the brand's lightest woven bib shorts to date. Q36.5 makes it in Italy from its high-density woven fabric, and the medium weighs 180 g.
Fabric and Body Mapping
Each panel and seam is placed for a specific part of the body. The torso front uses a very light, stretchy material with yarns Q36.5 developed to help dissipate heat. The back of the torso uses the brand's Graphene Yarn Technology, which Q36.5 designed to lower body temperature. Real silver thread is woven into the fabric for its antibacterial properties and to help reduce muscle fatigue, according to Q36.5.
The main fabric is 59% polyamide 6.6, 36% elastane, 4% Dyneema polyethylene and 2% silver. It gives gradual compression, which Q36.5 intends to stimulate blood flow and support the muscles through a long effort.
Built for the Swim, Bike and Run
The ribbed fabric is meant to reduce drag while leaving the arms and shoulders free to move. There are no seams on the shoulders or under the armpits, so nothing rubs during the swim leg. The sleeves give the suit a short-sleeve cut rather than the sleeveless format used elsewhere in Q36.5's tri range.
The TRI C-Interface is Q36.5's proprietary pattern, made with a Dyneema panel that adds durability and, thanks to the conductive properties of polyethylene fibers, helps with thermoregulation. The TRI chamois uses hydrophobic foams that resist absorbing water, so the pad dries quickly after the swim and stays comfortable on the bike.

Q36.5 positions this skinsuit for racing and also for hot daily riding, so it works as a race-day suit and as a lightweight summer kit. It comes in black, in sizes XXS to XXL. Check the size chart before ordering, because a one-piece suit fits the torso and legs together.
