The Scott Addict Gravel 30 Bike is Scott's mid-tier take on a race-bred gravel machine, pairing an HMF carbon frame and matching HMF carbon fork with a wireless SRAM Rival AXS XPLR groupset built for mixed-terrain riding. The frame carries a replaceable UDH derailleur hanger, a detail that keeps the bike compatible with SRAM's current derailleur standard and makes a bent hanger a quick fix rather than a frame-side repair. It's a gravel bike built to be ridden hard and put away wet, not babied.
Shifting comes from SRAM's Rival AXS XPLR E1 drivetrain, a 1x13 wireless electronic setup purpose-built for gravel's wider gear swings. A 42-tooth chainring pairs with a 10-46 cassette, giving the Addict Gravel 30 enough low-end range for loaded climbs and technical pitches without the chain management headaches of a front derailleur. The crankset integrates a power meter, so structured training and pacing data come standard rather than as an add-on. SRAM Rival AXS hydraulic disc brakes with 160mm rotors handle stopping duty, delivering consistent bite whether the terrain underfoot is loose gravel, mud, or wet pavement.
Rolling stock is Syncros' own Capital GR 35 CF II carbon wheelset, wrapped in Schwalbe G-One RX Pro Evolution tires in a 700x50 size. That's already a substantial gravel tire, and the frame has room to go bigger still — Scott lists max tire clearance at 57mm, giving riders the option to size up for soft or rutted terrain without swapping wheels.
