Scott's tube shaping is where this frame separates itself from a generic gravel platform. The brand's airfoil profile, originally developed for its road bikes, carries over to the Addict Gravel's down tube, head tube, seat tube, seatpost, and seat stays. The intent is to manage airflow around the frame without sacrificing the compliance a gravel bike needs over broken surfaces, so the aero shaping works alongside the bike's ride quality rather than against it.
