Fizik Vento Arione R1 Light Saddle

Fizik Vento Arione R1 Light Saddle brings back one of Fizik's most recognizable shapes in a lighter, race-ready build. It's the longest saddle in Fizik's lineup, with a flat profile and extended, streamlined shape that gives riders real fore-to-aft range to shift into their ideal power position or settle into an aggressive, aero tuck without fighting the saddle underneath them. That length and flat profile are what made the original Arione a favorite of pro racers, and this version keeps the same shape while cutting weight.

The R1 Light build pairs a carbon-reinforced nylon shell with stiff carbon rails, topped with low-profile injected EVA padding that keeps cushioning reactive without adding bulk or changing the saddle's shape. An ergonomic cutout, developed with pressure-mapping data and input from medical experts, relieves pressure and helps blood flow on long efforts, while a grippy surface texture keeps you from sliding around during hard accelerations. The saddle is compatible with Fizik's optional water-bottle link at the rear, and its UCI-legal rail design allows for a wide range of fore-aft adjustment to dial in a forward position. It's available in 135mm and 145mm widths — 147g and 152g respectively — so riders can match sit-bone width without giving up the saddle's race-day weight.
