Custom BMC Teammachine R Road Bikes

The BMC Teammachine R is BMC's pure road racing platform — designed and engineered in Grenchen, Switzerland, with Aerocore tube shaping, the Mariana bottom bracket for optimized airflow, ultra-wide fork legs that reduce turbulence from the front wheel, and the ICS Carbon Aero Cockpit with fully integrated cable routing. Premium Carbon construction with a Stealth derailleur hanger, flat-mount disc brakes, and 12x142mm thru-axle. The Teammachine lineage includes a Tour de France victory and decades of WorldTour racing — this is the frame that built BMC's reputation.

Two framesets are available: the Teammachine R 01 and the Teammachine R MPC — BMC's Masterpiece edition, crafted in limited quantities with the highest-grade carbon layup and hand-finished manufacturing. Choose your groupset below — Shimano Di2, SRAM AXS, or Campagnolo Super Record WRL — and we'll build either frameset to your exact spec.

About the BMC Teammachine R

BMC was founded in 1986 and reincorporated in Grenchen, Switzerland in 1994 — a town known for watchmaking precision, which suited BMC's obsessive approach to bike engineering. Under Andy Rihs, BMC transformed from a small assembler into one of the most respected names in professional cycling. The Teammachine was originally created in 2002 for the Phonak pro team, and Cadel Evans rode a Teammachine to victory at the 2011 Tour de France — one of the most memorable wins in the race's history. The custom Teammachine R collection at RA Cycles includes two frameset tiers. The R 01 is BMC's Premium Carbon race frame — Aerocore shaping, ICS Aero Cockpit, and the Mariana bottom bracket in a production frameset built for racing and fast group rides. The R MPC is the Masterpiece: the same platform elevated with the finest carbon layup, exclusive manufacturing processes, and limited-run craftsmanship for the rider who wants the absolute best BMC makes. Both are available with Shimano Di2, SRAM AXS, or Campagnolo Super Record WRL.
