Blackburn Wayside Multi-Tool

The Blackburn Wayside Multi-Tool packs nineteen individual tools into a single trail-ready kit — including a set of detachable, L-shaped ball-end hex keys that let you reach awkward bolts without fighting the rest of the tool body. That separation from the main unit is what sets it apart from most multi-tools in this category.

Attached to the body you get a 6mm hex, an 8mm hollow hex key designed to accept the long end of the 5mm for added leverage, a flat-head screwdriver, T25 and T30 Torx bits, a serrated knife, and a chain tool compatible with 7- through 11-speed chains. Remove that chain tool and it converts into a disc brake spreader and a spoke wrench — two nipple sizes accommodated. A chain assembly hook rounds things out, holding the chain in place while you rebuild it trailside so you can keep both hands free for the work.
