The Vittoria Gato II G+ 29" Tubeless Tire was built for cross-country racing when the trail turns wet and conditions get unpredictable — a tire that keeps you moving fast when slower riders start losing their line. The tread compound uses Vittoria's graphene-infused rubber, the same technology carried over from their road racing range, delivering grip that stays consistent through corners on slick, muddy surfaces without the rolling resistance penalty you'd expect from a wet-weather tread pattern.
The TNT casing — Tube No Tube — runs tubeless out of the box but accepts a tube if needed, giving you flexibility depending on the day. At 120tpi, the nylon carcass is supple enough to absorb trail chatter, while abrasion-resistant rubber on the sidewalls keeps it protected against cuts and debris. The bead seats reliably, which matters most when you're mounting tubeless in a hurry before a race.
