The Vittoria Gato II G+ 27.5" Tubeless Tire was designed for wet cross-country racing — a condition where grip and low rolling resistance have to coexist, not compromise each other. The tread compound uses Vittoria's graphene-infused rubber, the same technology developed for their road tire range, which delivers a notably sticky contact patch while keeping weight and rolling resistance in check.
The TNT casing — Tube No Tube — runs tubeless or with a tube, giving you flexibility on setup without sacrificing bead security or carcass integrity. At 120tpi, the nylon casing is supple enough to absorb trail chatter but reinforced with abrasion-resistant rubber along the sidewalls to resist cuts and tears on rocky, rooted terrain. The tread pattern itself is designed to clear mud efficiently and bite into soft ground, keeping momentum where other tires lose it.
