ISM PS 1.0 Saddle

The ISM PS 1.0 Saddle is built around a principle that most conventional saddles ignore: riding in an aero or aggressive forward position shifts weight onto soft tissue in ways a standard nose saddle was never designed to handle. ISM's noseless split-nose design redistributes that pressure onto the sit bones and eliminates perineal contact entirely — so you can hold your position without the numbness and discomfort that cut rides short.

The PS 1.0 sits at the performance end of ISM's lineup, with minimal foam and gel padding across each fork arm — enough to take the edge off vibration without adding unnecessary bulk. The rear of the saddle features a slight upward slope that supports the hips when your torso is rotated forward, keeping your pelvis in a stable, repeatable position whether you're in the aero bars or pushing hard on the drops. At 245mm in length, setup matters: ISM recommends positioning the saddle so two to three inches sit behind you when you're in your riding position — a detail worth getting right before your first ride. A rear transition hook is included for bike racking convenience.
