Its 300-lumen warning flash mode cuts through bright ambient light, and a wide-angle lens extends your visibility to the sides — useful at intersections where threats come from angles a narrow beam would miss. The housing is CNC-machined aluminium, built to take the kind of punishment that gravel and unpaved roads regularly deliver.

Practicality is worked into every detail. The FR300 uses a standard quarter-turn mount, making it directly compatible with Garmin and Wahoo bike computers — no extra clutter on your bars. The USB-C port handles charging but doubles as a power bank for your bike computer when you need it. A mode memory function means the light returns to your last setting at switch-on, and an auto on-off mode removes the need to fumble with buttons mid-ride. A tether comes included for extra security on rough terrain.
