The Kask Defender is an advanced piece of technology that helps aggressive downhill, endurance, and freestyle riders tackle their biggest challenges with confidence. The full face design of the Defender offers unmatched protection, but it still maintains its practicality for competitive riders. The shell is made completely of carbon keeping the weight all the way down at 750 grams for a medium. For added protection, the Defender features a chin guard which keeps trail debris and dust away from the face. This guard comes with a replaceable foam air filter so airflow will never be compromised. Despite all these safety features and a full face design, this helmet has an incredibly wide range of vision with wide angle cutaways and an integrated adjustable visor.

Full face helmets can get extremely hot through long days of riding, so Kask focused on proper ventilation when engineering the Defender. It features 18 ventilation ports which regulate airflow across the head to minimize overheating and control sweat. The cheek padding is also comfortable against the face but can quickly be released to safely remove the helmet in the event of a crash.
