The SRM Campagnolo Powermeter Crankset is built around a single commitment: accuracy you can train with and trust in a race. SRM's strain gauge technology is sealed inside a spider that's been glued shut at the factory — waterproof by design, not by luck — and rated to ±1% accuracy across the full power range. This isn't a crankset you second-guess mid-effort.
Installation follows the same process as any Campagnolo crankset. A neodymium magnet mounts to the frame to activate the electronics when the cranks begin to spin — two options are included to suit different frame configurations. The chainrings are standard Campagnolo, torqued to spec at the factory, and as long as you stay with the same ring sizes, calibration holds without re-checking. Swap ring sizes and you'll run a quick recalibration, but the process is straightforward. Battery life is rated at approximately 1,900 hours — around three and a half years at ten hours per week of riding.
