Rotor Aldhu Alloy Crank Arms Info
The Rotor Aldhu Alloy Crank Arms are built from 7055 aluminium and CNC-machined down to the minimum material needed to keep them stiff and light — Rotor's Trinity drilling hollows out the arms without sacrificing power transfer where it matters. Named after Alpe d'Huez, the Aldhu system was designed with climbing in mind: low weight, high rigidity, and a modular build that gives you real flexibility in how you set up your drivetrain.
These are crank arms only — part of Rotor's component system that separates the arms, spindle, spider, and chainrings into individual purchases. That modularity is the point. The spider mounts onto splines on the bottom bracket spindle, the right arm onto its own spline set, and the whole assembly locks to the axle with a degree-by-degree adjustment range — useful when you're dialling in chainring position, particularly with Rotor's Q-rings. Compatible bottom bracket standards include BB30, BB386, PF30, PF4130, PF4630, and UBB30. Arms are secured with bolts tightened via a 10mm hex wrench.
